Maybe you've seen somebody on social media and you think, maybe Instagram is the only way to grow your digital outreach, maybe somebody told you emails or some other platform is the best to do things. We got some insight for you, absolutely free. Hope you enjoy it.

Organic Marketing

First off, let's look at the statistics on organic. A few things they go over. Google accounts, for just over 90% of all searches, that's between Bing, Yahoo, all the other search engines. Google is the silverback gorilla. Everybody's using Google to search what they need to search for. So, that's extremely important to keep that in mind, when you're structuring the SEO plan. First page of Google, accounts for just under 68% of all the clicks. So again, the further you go in the pages, the less likely people are going to see you. Nobody knows who's on page-4 of Google. Everybody knows who's on page-1. So this is one of those things where you can't be a dilatant. When you run organic SEO, you have to commit and go all the way and you have to stick with it. Commitment is senior to everything. For any success in life, commitment is senior to everything. Search engine optimization is no different, Sometimes it takes 12 months to get on page one for only one keyword phrase BUT that will feed you leads for a lifetime so you have to stick it out.

70% of online marketers say that organic traffic is better than paid traffic for generating sales. This is absolutely true. It's better for generating sales because when somebody searches Google for something, they either need it or they're researching because they need it in a short future, in a short distance. The searches are very highly buyer intent searches. Somebody searching is most often ready to buy something. That's why they're searching for it. They have a problem, and they're looking to solve it so they go to Google to get some insight on that problem on how to solve it. People go to Google looking for a solution when they search. 85% of people do some sort of online research before reaching a buying decision. This is a strong one. So this is one of those cases where obscurity is your biggest downfall. If you're not where you're at, if you're not making sales that you need, it's because you cannot get found online.

That is a whole separate advertising beast in itself. So think about that. 85% of people hit the internet to do some sort of research before reaching a buying decision. How powerful is that? When you're in the right place, when you pop up and your business, your product, your service pops up for what they're searching for. That’s the power of organic. Organic marketing is not just search engine optimization. It's not just Google. It's free traffic. It's free advertising. Whatever's free channels for you to advertise. It takes a little longer at times and it takes a little bit more effort and a skilled person, but when you have the right team, this becomes the backbone of any marketing and advertising strategy.

I am talking, social media, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, all of it. Blogging, very specific keyword phrases and keyword search phrases planted in a blog or answering a question. For example, if I am a personal trainer and I want to sell diet programs, I am going to write an article on macro nutrients and have tons of keywords for calories, fat loss, macronutrients, how to find your right macronutrients, protein, carbs, and fats, why it's important, etc.

Local search, Google will allow you to register for a small local business and be put into the local search. It's a little different from organic SEO. It goes above organic listings in the Google Search Results. When you search a term, this is above organic, but below the ads, but that's another place where you can rank in the top three positions. And then your website, how are you utilizing your website for organic traffic? And that comes back to search engine optimization. You have to be working that as well.

So, the power of this is, the more you put on the internet, a YouTube video that links back to a blog that links back to your website. The more you start making these webs, planting those seeds all over the internet, the more they connect all and lead back to your site and or offer. They're like little avenues, little highways that all lead back to your website. That's what you want. You want as many roads leading to your website as you can and this is why organic marketing is so powerful.

What's the best way to get started? The best way to get started is to have a plan, need to know what you want. What do you want for your business? Then you can figure out how to back into that goal and come up with a strategy for it. I am a firm believer in people solve all your problems, and so getting with the right team of people, getting with the right group of people will always be beneficial for you.

One of the best ways to get started is just to start. You can hire somebody to create all your social platforms for you, so you can save time and all you have to do is focus on the content. Create the content that people want to see or need information on. You have to start educating people or get them warmed up to you.
